This teacher training is an opportunity for sincere yoga practitioners to deepen their practice and to learn all the necessary tools to start teaching themselves and to pass on the ancient science and art of yoga. Hatha Yoga will be thought in its holistic form with an understanding of the main yogic branches.
The aim of Hatha yoga is to align the body, mind, and spirit, to free ourselves from blockages which will results in healing, cultivate awareness, and ultimately to open up for Self-Realization.
At the end of the training, you will all be able to give a full integral Hatha yoga class, have the necessary philosophical background and understanding of the mecanisms of yoga.

Our yoga program is meant to deeply transform the energies of the body, awaken the wisdom of the heart and spirit, and enable you to teach yoga in an authentic, holistic, and traditional way.
It gradually leads us from the gross to the subtle, refining the energies and our perception while learning practical and hands-on methods of asana alignment, sequencing, and much more.
To teach yoga in an authentic way, we have to embody, integrate, and live yoga on all levels to the best of our capacity, with compassion for ourselves and others. Teaching yoga may trigger a big shift in one's level of awareness, lifestyle, and the way we perceive ourselves and the world. This program guides you step by step through this process.
In integral Hatha yoga, we integrate all the branches of yoga. Whereas, in most modern hatha yoga styles, the focus is mainly on postures.
Together with an in-depth focus on mastering the asanas and understanding the benefits and contraindications, we integrate chanting, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and meditation in a hatha yoga session.
