During this weekend, you will discover the secrets of “living” food.
The meals that will be offered to you are not essentially raw (no dogmatism, no closure). They are nevertheless mainly made from fresh vegetables and fruits. We will avoid gluten, cereals and we will reduce the doses of sugars and stimulants (coffee or alcohol).
The way to implement a meal is very intuitive, it is simple and practical to apply on a daily basis, without a recipe book and without resorting to a lot of equipment. This is an essential point that will allow you to apply what you have learned to your daily life. Health is built on a daily basis, not once or twice a week or when you have time!
The key to a healthy and truly nourishing meal is the variety of foods and their quality.
During the stay you will participate in the preparation of meals, this will allow you to understand and put into practice the basics of a new way of preparing food, without forgetting the pleasure that this generates and the quality of the energy that we transmit to food when we prepare a meal while taking pleasure.
We will even give you recipes for soft cakes, without yeast, without eggs and without gluten as well as recipes for extraordinary sauces without mustard and without vinegar, and ideas for creating varied salads in shimmering colors!
Meals are prepared together. You prepare your own meal with the organizer in just a few minutes.
Meals consist mainly of raw fruits and vegetables. There will also be a workshop on preparing raw desserts.
