Also enjoy the peaceful place and the delicious vegetarian food, along with yoga, meditation, mantra singing, music, and any discipline that will allow you to awaken and get moving towards peace, joy, and love.
Imagined as a humble and joyful gathering of yoga teachers and practitioners, the Spirit Pop Festival has become, from its first edition, an international meeting which brings together all forms of yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Dharma, Yin, etc.) and has all the practices of meditation, chanting, and relaxation.
This year, it is Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu from Rishikesh who will be providing his guidance through Akhanda yoga and traditional Kundalini yoga.
You'll also receive guidance from other specialists and founders of the most important movements of yoga, such as Rodolphe Milliat (Hatha yoga), Kirpal Singh and Ishwara Kaur (Kundalini yoga), Lucie David (Dharma yoga), Emmanuel Thiery (Integral yoga) ).
Moreover, joining the festival too are the great artists of Bhakti (devotional yoga): Manish Viyas (India), Hanuman Project (Indonesia), Philippo Francini (Italy), and Mahadev OK (Switzerland).
