Some programs are focused on deep relaxation, some on mental health, and some on the body (digestive health, energy levels, optimal weight) or a balanced mix of both, depending on the person and his/her needs.
Your day starts with a complete gentle and adapted to all levels yoga session usually at 8 or 8:30 am with movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation in Harmony Home's beautiful Yoga Studio with stunning 360-degree views.
Lunch is served around 1 - 1:30 pm. Another delightful experience for the senses: enjoy the taste, the aroma, the views, and stories (Talk only if you want to. Being silent is respected and protected at Harmony Home).
Dinner is served around 7 - 7:30 pm depending on the time of the year.
