Although the training has a strong focus on Vinyasa it will also include the foundations of Hatha ad Yin yoga. Through exploring a variety of different yoga styles, and ancient practices, your unique practice will start to evolve. Experience Schedule

07:30 - 09:30 Meditation and yoga practice

09:30 - 10:30 Break with nourishing breakfast

10:30 - 12:00 Philosophy/anatomy

12:00 - 13:30 Sequencing

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Break with vibrant lunch

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Lecture and asana practice

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Evening group activity (2 times per week)

Experience Details

This 4 week course starts on the first Sunday at 6:00 PM. with the Welcome Ceremony and will finish on the last Saturday around 6:00 PM with the Graduation Ceremony. Classes will run from Monday - Saturday, and Sunday is a day off to spend at your own leisure.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation requires a deposit of 35% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
