The 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali offers you a whole new mental, physical, or spiritual experience. Bali Yoga School accepts a maximum number of 25 to 30 students in the course. They ensure that the class is conducted in a pious environment and good enough to offer you a dynamic, engaging, and holistic experience. The whole yoga teacher training course is in English.
You should have at least a minimum understanding of English. Bali Yoga School has explored the yoga teacher training including the 200-hour multi-style Ashtanga, Hatha, or Vinyasa flow yoga teacher training in the exotic destination of Bali. During the training, you will get to learn many new things about yoga. The course starts on the first day of every month at 5:00 p.m. with the opening ceremony and orientation program and is completed on the 23rd day of every month at 7:00 p.m. with a farewell ceremony. The departure date is the 24th day of every month before 12:00 p.m.
Investing in some books updates your know-how on the history of yoga, its philosophy, and so on. This will acquaint you with the subject and the evolution of yoga over time. The daily regimen to be followed during yoga teacher training in the Bali program, could start as early as 5:30 to 6:00 a.m. and end by 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

From a yogic perspective, food is much more than just a nutrition to the physical body. As a full-fledged yogic practice demands a proper supplementation of the body with nutrients, the energetic aspect of nutrition is also to be taken into consideration while determining your choice of diet. Following the teachings of Ayurveda, the students are provided with tasty vegetarian meals 3 times a day for the duration of the course. Our food is prepared very hygienically with love by our experienced and lovely kitchen team members. The meals are unlimited buffet style. We provide food with all of the various vegetarian dishes appropriate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
