Embarking on a yoga teacher training program in Thailand offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga in a serene and inspiring environment. Combining Hatha and Ashtanga yoga allows trainees to experience the best of both worlds. Hatha yoga focuses on the balance and harmony of the body and mind through physical postures, breath control, and meditation. It emphasizes alignment, breath, and mindfulness, providing a solid foundation for any yoga practice. Ashtanga yoga, on the other hand, is a more rigorous and structured style that follows a specific sequence of postures linked by breath, known as vinyasa. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and endurance, promoting discipline and inner focus.
