One of the most popular Yoga course in Thailand, the All Yoga 200-hour yoga teacher training course is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, combined with the creative sequencing approach used in Vinyasa Yoga.
We will use the practice of the Ashtanga Primary Series to build a strong foundation, deepen your understanding of functional anatomy, breathwork, and energetic elements within each pose.
Drawing upon this strong technical foundation, you will experiment with vinyasa-style classes like Rocket Yoga, harnessing your creativity and inner voice.
By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently teach a modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class suitable for all levels and offer modifications for students with injuries or physical limitations.
The daily course outline consists of morning yoga and meditation practice, theoretical modules afternoon practice, and group teaching.
Theoretical modules include:
You will be guided by a very practical hands-on approach, learning the art of adjustments, key pose alignments, the use of basic yoga props, and how to approach yoga as a business.
We explore ethical topics such as yoga etiquette, as well as the practical elements of teaching such as marketing, pricing and time management.
A pivotal component of our course is the physical practice of different styles of yoga.
Students will practice the Ashtanga Primary Series as well as Vinyasa, Yin, and Power/Rocket Yoga, gaining an appreciation for the many different forms of yoga in the modern world.
By day 10, you will be ready and prepared to start a self-practice. This way of practicing is called Mysore style.
During that class, the teacher will work on a one-on-one basis, providing you with personalized feedback and guidance to improve your practice and go deeper into the body.
Upon graduating, students will be able to draw from their own experience of this wide variety of yoga styles to create and enhance their own sequences, incorporating elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa asana combined with pranayama and yoga philosophy.
