With a small class size of approximately 10-12 other students, you can expect to be part of a very attentive yoga teacher training that stays true to its motto, “Everything is possible,” and embraces people of all body types, ages, and backgrounds.
A typical curriculum also includes a deep dive into asanas, hands-on assistance, differences in anatomy, pranayama techniques, physiology, methodology, mantras, philosophy, and the business of yoga. Led by Angelos Ananda, a highly experienced yoga teacher and healer who's been practicing since 2006 and leading retreats and workshops around the world for the past 10 years, the sessions that are offered are not just the tenets of teaching yoga to the community, but also a way for you to embrace and cultivate your own practice and life.
In this yoga teacher training course, you will follow the traditional Vinyasa - Hatha yoga that keeps on focusing on the following point: ''Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self,'' as it is written in the Bhagavad Gita.
This course is not just a training program, but can also be a life-changing experience. A high level of willpower and self-discipline is required during the course as it is physically, mentally, and spiritually demanding, as well as highly rewarding. It is also very important that the participants have physical and mental health.
Three daily vegetarian meals are included in the price. The food will be organic, with produce from the local gardens, well-cooked according to Mediterranean and Ayuverda diet, and served with all the vitamins.
