The instructor of the 200-hour yoga teacher training requires a level of fitness and commitment. You are required to maintain a yogic philosophy throughout the course. ESSR Sports & Wellness Varkala Beach Kerala India is committed to your success in becoming a yoga instructor, plus areas of pranayama and meditation. The programs allow you time to complete your daily journal and footnotes for the course to prepare you for your assessment. The full 200-hour course has to be completed and a successful assessment at the end of the program to gain your certification.
