The week is progressive allowing everyone to playfully explore to help reach our highest potential. Sessions are expertly crafted and aim to strengthen, stretch, inspire, and relax each student on all levels of their being. Each class is individually themed and can include time for meditation, yoga philosophy, chanting, music, pranayama, reflection, visualization, and relaxation.
Our teachers also offer time for 1-2-1 tuition on request, fulfilling every student’s expectations and requirements. This can be for 30-minutes to 1-hour, which will allow the yoga instructor time to focus on you and your personal goals with yoga.
Morning classes are 90 minutes of intelligently sequenced invigorating Vinyasa flow.
Evening practices are 90 minute classes designed to serve the post-surf bodies, from relaxing with restorative to releasing energy with dynamic flows.
Although nothing is obligatory and every guest may do as much or as little as they wish, we offer the chance to practice up to 3 hours of yoga every day.

The local chef, Mina, does her own shopping every day choosing the freshest products and preparing delicious traditional Moroccan dishes to make sure that the guests discover and enjoy the infinite variety of Moroccan cuisine (tajines, couscous, Bastilla, etc.) while staying at the villa. Mina’s cuisine delights your taste buds with its amazing flavors, vibrant colors, and nourishing elements.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available along with any special dietary requests. Please let the villa know at the time of booking. Fresh fruit, teas, and bottled water are available throughout the day.
