200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a residential course designed to elaborate on classical Hatha yoga practices mainly. Therefore, we offer this course as an opportunity for those who would not only want to start from the beginning but also like to deepen and transform their current mental, physical, and spiritual levels of perception. Therefore, this course is recommended for beginners to intermediate levels of practitioners. It covers the most relevant and practical aspects of Yoga training, such as Asana, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, bandhas, chakras, Kundalini kriyas/meditation, Yoga anatomy, Philosophy, and Adjustment and alignments. You will be taught both theoretical as well as practical aspects of Yoga.

The school professes that teaching yoga and meditation goes beyond just being a job or business, but rather a way of living. Teaching yoga is another way to instill one's own yoga and meditation practice regularly. The yoga teacher training program is to deepen your learning and teaching abilities and to develop yourself as a more rounded and grounded teacher and person. We can embrace the fact that we are both the student and teacher at the same time.
You will receive a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate upon completion.
Asanas: Practicing and exploring Hatha Yoga with alignment. Practice includes the Pavanmuktasana series, Suryanamaskar, Chandranamaskar, Seated, forward bends, twists, abdominal, backbend, inversion, arm balancing, and headstand. Practicing asanas twice a day will make everybody healthier and more flexible.
Pranayama Practice: Breath is the most vital process of the physical body, having a deep connection with our body, mind, and emotions. Pranayama techniques expand the breath opening the door to physical, mental, and emotional health and inner transformation. Therefore, regular Practice of Pranayama will increase well-being.
Mudras and Bandhas: Tattva, Pranic, and advanced mudras in conjunction with daily meditative practices. We are learning to use three bandhas Moola, Udiyana, Jalandhara, and Maha bandha. Bandhas improve the effectiveness of asanas and breathing practices and helps to awaken, purify and awaken the chakras.
Yoga Philosophy: Yoga Philosophy will include its origin, aim, tradition, history of Yoga and its evolution, and various yoga styles focused on specific goals. Lectures include Hathayogpradipika, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali Upanishads, and Bhagavadgita.
Shatkriyas (Yogic Detox): In Yoga, there is an internal body cleaning called Shatkriyas. The benefits of Yogic purification have rejuvenated the body and made it lighter and healthier—the practice of Shankapraksalana, a detox of the lower digestive tract with a 10-day specific diet.
Essential Ayurveda: Ayurveda aims to maintain good health and prevent disease by identifying your physical and mental constitution and adopting a diet and lifestyle.
Yogic Diet: Many theories and studies aid us in following a proper diet. A vegetarian diet is most suitable for Yoga and Meditation to keep a Yogic lifestyle.
Practicing Meditations: Daily Meditation will establish peace of mind and open the heart in this training. Easy to understand lectures on what Meditation is. How to meditate? Effective meditation techniques for awareness in daily life.
Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra takes into deep relaxation, releasing the tension from the body and mind. The teacher instructs or plays the audio track for Yognidra.
Mantra Chanting: Sound has an insignificant effect on our body, mind, and emotions. Chanting specific mantras can create positive energy and healing vibrations.
Physiology of Yoga (Seven Chakras and Kundalini energy) Seven Chakras: Characteristics of seven chakras, their location, beej mantras, and effect on the body, mind, and emotions. Chakras are the door to spirituality—yoga meditation practices to purify and awaken the chakras.
Five Koshas: Koshas are the five body layers according to Yoga science. Through Yogic practices, one can reach the deeper layers of the body. Three Nadis: Nadis are energy flows in the body. They discussed their relation to chakras, asanas, and Pranayama practices.
Human Physical Anatomy: The following body systems will be studied: digestive, lymphatic, endocrine, skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, reproductive, and nervous. We are exploring tension and compression theory relating to various asanas’ joint and athletic movements.
Teaching Methodology: The topic covers hands-on adjustments in asana classes, assisting the students with alignments and modifications, and teaching Asana, pranayama, and meditation classes for beginners to advanced levels. The multiple teaching practice sessions will make aspiring teachers more confident to share their newly acquired knowledge.
Business aspects of teaching Yoga: Understand the ethics of starting and managing a Yoga business based on the Yamas of Patanjali Yoga Sutras. A discussion of different opportunities and ways of teaching Yoga, organizing workshops, assisting in Yoga teacher training programs, and starting a new yoga studio. Marketing tools to promote yourself as a Yoga teacher.
