We devised this foundation course for anyone looking for a genuinely accessible, thorough introduction to yoga, or as a refresher to return to regular practice. Savanna will teach the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice – postures, breathwork, meditation, relaxation – from scratch, under the watch of a highly trained, experienced teacher. Each class will focus on foundational elements, origin and traditions of Vinyasa Yoga practise, how to access stillness and awaken inner strength with increased capacity for focus in yoga postures as well as how to implement yoga into our every day lives.

Each class will focus on foundational elements, origin, and traditions of Vinyasa Yoga practice, how to access stillness and awaken inner strength with increased capacity for focus in yoga postures as well as how to implement yoga into our everyday lives.
In this small-group setting, students will receive individual attention and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and examine many aspects of this ancient practice.
At the end of the course, our intention is that you will have practiced the core yoga postures whilst having experienced the calming, centering benefits of other pivotal aspects of yoga such as guided relaxation and meditation.
The course is suitable for everyone, anyone returning from injury is welcome and Evy is happy to discuss your individual requirements personally prior to the series beginning.
