You break up the long training days at this multifaceted property with meditations around the cenote (waterhole), shaded yoga classes under the tall jungle trees, lectures in the open-air palapa, breath-work practice in the natural tree circle, philosophy classes in the hammock hangout space, discussions over the bonfire, and enjoy self-study sessions in the plenty of tables and lounge areas hidden around the property among tropical plants. This course also puts a focus on nutrition and meals, as you know that the right nutrition is a key factor to enduring long days of study with a healthy body and mind.
