This is foundational training for EcoSomatic Embodiment Teachers with a trauma-informed approach. With a Trauma-Informed lens, educators, therapists, yoga teachers, groups, and one-on-one facilitators have an understanding of how trauma impacts the brain, nervous system, movement, and overall the whole body. Learn the skills necessary to support your clients and students in their own embodiment process. Deepen your relationship between body, mind, and emotions and the earth herself.
Soma Yoga Teacher Training provides a solid foundation to teach Yoga following principles of somatic education, body warm-ups, joint mobility, and resistance training to educate on human movement and build the capacity for doing more in life with confidence and ease. Yoga teachers are educated in a blend of experiential anatomy, physiology, somatic education, and movement science with the traditional practice of yoga. Soma Yoga is a way of relating to the body to become more aware, to observe and embody the symbiotic relationships that we hold inside and outside ourselves.

What is Embodiment?
To embody is to fully inhabit your living, breathing body. It marks a shift from mere survival to a vibrant, present experience of life.
Free yourself from the confines of narratives, judgment, and interpretation. By embracing the wisdom within, you’ll discover profound self-care, self-love, and an authentic voice that emanates from your very core.
Journey Without Ideology
In this immersion, we abandon ideologies and dogmas, embarking on a path led by the body.
Together, we’ll voyage to the heart of our wombs, learning from our physiology to cultivate self-knowledge and true female empowerment. When you know yourself, you uncover your unique medicine and wisdom.
The Sacred Womb Journey
We’ll delve into the myriad processes of the womb—physiological, anatomical, and spiritual.
Our curriculum is scientifically grounded and somatically updated, providing you with resources to tune into your hormones, understand your cycles, and navigate your fertility.
