17:30 - Dinner (there will be an evening session on certain days of the week)

This 100-hour Yin yoga teacher training in Bali brings space into the body and mind by releasing blocked energy and emotions, assisting you to rewind your whole being.
The term Yin comes from the Taoist concept of Yin Yang. Yang is dynamic in nature that is associated with doing, achieving, growing, and expanding. Yin is the quieter, slower, more inward nature and the two together form a complete whole. This is why when you explore or teach Yin yoga, it will bring balance and harmony into your life and that of your students.

During this yoga teacher training, you will be provided with:
3 daily nutritious vegetarian meals each day for the duration of the training, including on the days off if you wish
Meals are served buffet style so you’ll never go hungry and an afternoon snack is available each day. In the lounge area, you will find coffee, herbal teas, and filtered water available at all hours. Filtered water will also be provided in your rooms.
