This 300-Hour YTT Course is the natural next step following a foundational 200-hour YTT program. The strong base you built in the 200-hour will now be nurtured into professional skills as a yoga teacher at the comfort of your own home. You will learn new skills, explore advanced poses, and even become qualified to lead your own yoga training. You have the opportunity to train with world-class western and eastern instructors who will take you further into the physical and theoretical aspects of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. You will build on your foundation with daily practice and dive deeper in philosophy and anatomy. You will also deepen your practice in pranayama and meditation to connect the body, mind, and spirit and create a holistic practice.

Each morning begins with a two-hour guided class of Hatha or Vinyasa yoga. Each class includes pranayama and meditation, options for beginner and intermediate levels, hands-on adjustments, and a follow-up feedback session. On this Intermediate training, you will explore more advanced poses and include specialized themes like chakra awakening, trauma release, advanced transitions, creative sequencing, and much more.
Each day you will re-examine the roots of asana form and function on a much deeper level.
Each day you will receive a special workshop to deepen your practice and provide you with a dynamic skillset.
Discover your true self as you go deeper into the energetic and physiological benefits of various meditation techniques, including vipassana (insight meditation), mantra meditation (spiritual recitation), trataka (candle gazing), walking meditation, gratitude meditation, yoga nidra, and trauma release.
Within you is an eternal life source. Review and go deeper into the energetic and physiological benefits of various pranayama techniques, including Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (skull shining breath), Bhramari (humming bee), Ujjayi (victory breath), Bhastrika (fire breath), Dirga (three part breath), Shitali (cooling breath), Viloma (against the wave).

This course has 150 hours of required online study.
At the end of the onsite training you will receive a certificate stating the total number of hours you have completed onsite and online up to that point.

If you head out to Srithanu or Hin Kong we recommend Taboon, Sea Tara, Karma Cafe, Eat Co., Sati Pot, Alcove, and Chana Masala. If you venture off to the Ban Tai area, Harmony Beach Club is the place to be.
