Pranava Yoga Bali training course provides a strong foundation that will enable you to sequence and teach safely and effectively both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes.
You will have a sound understanding of how the body works so that you can teach from a functional anatomy perspective and correct student postures as well as be more aware in your own practice. Besides Hatha and Vinyasa, you will also get an introduction to several other types of yoga such as Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, prenatal, and antigravity yoga.
