During the 12 days together, you will expand your practice, ditch common myths about yoga asana, and review the way you have been cueing and teaching to deliver transformational yoga classes that go beyond the standards of any yoga teacher training out there. This 100-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited course is led by senior teachers Lisa Nelson (E-RYT 500 and YACEP) and Gwendoline Ferreira (E-RYT 500 and YACEP).

Food is important as it’s what keeps you functioning. You choose what you eat but sometimes you lose track and it can be hard in a busy world to take care of yourself. What you eat affects your body and your mind in a different way.
If you choose the full pension package, the Green Garden Restaurant will provide you with three meals a day of healthy local food. Yoga Bliss recommends the breakfast-only package for flexibility. The restaurant is located just at the front of the shala.
