Our curriculum features a comprehensive minimum of 180 contact hours, divided into five crucial teaching domains: techniques, philosophy, lifestyle, ethics, teaching methodology, teaching practicum, and anatomy and physiology. Our program ensures that aspiring teachers receive comprehensive training to gain a deep understanding of the multifaceted aspects of yoga and hone their skills to become confident and competent instructors.
Our program offers a diverse range of knowledge and practical experience in various styles of yoga, including true Yoga, Holistic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Anatomy and Physiology of Yogic Science, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Shat Kriyas, Yoga Philosophy, the foundational text Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Teaching Methodology, and personal and professional development. Our internationally trained chefs prepare all of our food with love and care, using only the freshest ingredients. We ensure that all our vegetables are washed thoroughly in filtered water, and our menu features pure vegetarian options (without eggs) with vegan choices available. We also cater to most dietary requirements, so please inform us of any restrictions you may have. Our menu changes daily to incorporate seasonal and local ingredients, ensuring that each meal is a unique and delicious culinary experience.

Alignment
Alignment is an important subject where you will learn how to guide students into each asana with detailed instructions. We will teach you practical examples and share details of where to focus your gaze and when you should use verbal instructions or physical adjustments. We will also teach you how to deal with students who have certain injuries during practice and what types of pain to completely avoid during practice. We aim to help everyone become conscious teachers.
Art of Teaching
Students are encouraged to observe the responsibilities of becoming a yoga teacher during our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India. You will learn the values and ethics to observe while teaching yoga and be guided to see your full teaching potential.
Asanas (Postures)
During our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, you will practice asana in detail with awareness of your breath and alignment during our morning asana yoga class. The first week of the course focuses on Hatha and Yin yoga styles while the second week focuses on Vinyasa and Restorative yoga styles.
Your teacher trainers will be observing your practice and helping to guide you into the correctly aligned postures with proper alignment and will bring mindfulness to your breath for a healthier body and mind.
Meditation
During this course, you will learn guided and active meditation techniques that can be used to improve your mental peace, while also creating a sense of patience and calmness in your daily life.
Pranayama (Breathing)
Breath is an important part of mental peace, but due to lifelong stress and tension, many of us have created dysfunctional breathing patterns.
Throughout this 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, you will learn basic pranayama practices so you can use them daily to relax the muscles of the respiratory system, which affects the body and mind. This will benefit your both physical and mental health.
Practicum
You will practice once a week with your fellow students what you have learned in alignment and sequencing class, which will help you to learn how to teach others and lose any fear of speaking in front of a group setting. Our teacher will observe and give valuable feedback at the end of each practicum. Which will help you to improve your teaching quality.
Yoga Philosophy
Yoga philosophy is deep and vast, but we begin our yoga training with the yogic anatomy of chakra and Nadis where you will learn exercise to connect to and empower your chakras. In week two, you will learn about the eight limbs of the yoga sutra by Patanjali.
Our philosophy classes are discussion-based teachings on the philosophy of yoga, where all students have the freedom to express individual points of view towards yoga. You will learn how to not only implement yoga and its philosophies on your mat, but also in your daily life for a more balanced, happy, and healthy way of living.
