The 100 hours yoga teacher training course in Goa is designed for those who can not enroll in 200 hours yoga teacher training course in Goa due to less time or usual life commitments. Hence after seeing such situations of people, we modified the regular 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) into two parts 100 hours each. This way the students will be able to complete the whole training in two parts. The duration of both parts is two weeks. The whole Syllabus for Yoga Teacher Training Course is divided into two parts. It is mandatory to complete both the 100 hours parts within one year of commencement of the course. Once the students complete both the parts, they will get yoga TTC certificates.

Ek Omkar Yoga Center offers three pure vegetarian meals are served every day (except Sunday) during the course. Breakfast: Porridge, fruit muesli, bread toast, fruit salad, sprouts, nuts, salads, coconut water, herbal tea(Green tea, Mint tea), coffee, milk, Indian breakfast. Lunch: Traditional Ayurvedic Indian Thali, including rice, chapati (Indian whole-wheat bread), lentils, vegetables, salad(Greek Salad, Avacado Salad, Sprouts Salad, Green Salad), beans, yogurt. Dinner: The dinner is a combination of healthy Ayurvedic Indian food, cooked vegetables, raw salad, fruit salad, lentils, and herbal tea. Other items may be ordered separately from our menu.
