During these sessions, you will learn how to give professional assistance to children for a correct children's yoga practice. The professors will also explain how to create the stories for the children's yoga classes (singular or a set of stories / lessons), the structure of a children's yoga class, and theoretical notions about games, asanas, meditation, breathing, and mindfulness for children.
You will also be explained what are the personal qualities that yoga teachers should develop, communication skills for interaction with children, and how to create a harmonious and correct yoga teacher-children and yoga teacher for parents or guardians relationship.
You will also be taught how to do class management and what are adequate troubleshooters when needed.
The course is structured on the widely accepted developmental stages in children, having in view the different variations of development that are depending on factors like genetics, cognition, physical abilities, family, culture, nutrition, education, and environment.
