In "Breath of Life" Yoga Studio are running daily traditional hatha yoga classes by several certified yoga teachers. Asana, pranayama, chanting, relaxation techniques for all levels and ages. The aim of hatha yoga teaching is to focus on body strengthening and flexibility as well on self awareness and the balance of body mind and emotions through the yogic techniques The basic principle in traditional hatha yoga is the respect of the body limits.
