A healthy, well-balanced lifestyle isn't just about doing yoga or changing your diet; it involves a 360 holistic approach. The hosts are excited to announce the collaboration with Julia Bouws, a holistic psychologist who will be our co-host for this yoga retreat in Tenerife and will lead a variety of workshops during the experience.
If you're looking to deepen your connection to yourself, discover more about who you are, and go deeper into your yoga and meditation practice, this is the retreat for you. Welcome the start of spring with a transformative journey back to yourself while immersed in nature. You'll stay in a peaceful villa overlooking the ocean, giving you the chance to fully disconnect from the outside world. Focus on your mind, body, and soul using ancient techniques from yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices. Go deeper on your holistic journey with workshops from Julia on personal development (for example, stress management and mindset).
During this retreat, you will be served a daily delicious, fresh brunch with healthy smoothies or juices, tea infusions, and a wholesome, nourishing dinner.
Most people who join our retreats have never tried a fully plant-based diet before. Our aim is to open you up to a world of delicious cuisine made from plants.
Skipping meat and dairy does not mean the food is boring or bland, it is anything but. You will not go hungry either!
We provide tasty, nutritionally balanced, wholesome, and filling meals every day. You might just be surprised by how little you miss eating meat and dairy and by how great you feel.
A typical day
Brunch: Overnight oats, with chia, curcuma, fruit, nuts, coconut yogurt, blueberry compote and homemade granola, sweetcorn fritters with tomato, and avocado, green energy juice, tea, and coffee
Dinner: Homemade buckwheat wraps with vegan cheese, organic veggies, and vegan sausages, topped with homemade cilantro and almond pesto, served with a fresh, organic salad
Wanderlust Yoga uses locally grown, organic ingredients to prepare all dishes. All food is vegan and gluten-free diets, and nut-free, or fruit-free diets can be catered for. If the group chooses to eat at a restaurant, the cost of the food is not covered.
