She leads Yoga With Adriene, an online yoga community, which creates free content to inspire people of all shapes and sizes to connect to their body daily. Adriene has a great sense of humor  and encourages all sorts of personalities to join her. She is a vegetarian who loves BBQ sauce, bluebonnets, antiques and vintage clothes.

Kino’s dharma is to help people experience the limitless potential of the human spirit through the inner tradition of yoga. You can find her teaching classes and workshops all over the world. With more than 15 years of experience in Ashtanga Yoga, she is one of a select group of people to receive the Certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India.

Esther Ekhart Born in Nigeria raised in Netherlands. Her mom too was a yoga teacher and therapist for as long as she can remember, she took care of people who suffered from depression or worse. After school Esther travelled to Australia visiting many healers, watching some of their miraculous healings definitely widened her horizon. She visited Sai Baba in India, staying at his ashram for a couple of weeks, witnessing several healings and miracles, this opened her mind even further to the idea that truth is never bound to any belief or culture.
